The 12-Port EdgeRouter 12 Advanced Network Router from Ubiquiti is capable of a Layer 3 forwarding rate up to 3.4 million pps and a line rate up to 6.8 Gb/s, the rack-mountable EdgeRouter 12 comes equipped with 10 Gigabit Ethernet ports, two SFP ports, and an RJ45 serial management port. The switch also has a PoE input port and a PoE passthrough port. The EdgeRouter 12 offers next-generation price/performance value: up to 3.4 million packets per second processing with a line rate of up to 6.8 Gbps. Ten Copper Gigabit ports and two independent SFP ports allows for deployment flexibility. The EdgeRouter 12 supports Layer-2 switching. The EdgeRouter 12 can be rack-mounted with the use of the EdgeRouter Rack Mount Kit, model ER-RMKIT (sold separately). The EdgeRouter 12 is supported and managed by UNMS (Ubiquiti Network Management System), a comprehensive controller with an intuitive UI. A single control plane manages registered EdgeMAX devices across multiple sites. You can use the EdgeRouter Rack Mount Kit to mount the EdgeRouter 4 in a standard 1U high rack.
